Q: How do I place an order?

A: is pleased to offer fast and secure online ordering. Simply choose your book from the dropdown menu „The Book“, and click add to cart. Create an eCommerce login to save your information for future purchases, or checkout as a guest.

Q: Do you offer custom formulations/dedications?

A: Yes. If you would like a custom dedication (some handwritten nice words for the receiver), I´d be happy to please your needs. Please contact me for more information




Q: What are your return and refund policy?

A: We do not offer returns or refunds. Except if there is something wrong with the purchased product, in that case, please contact




Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: All common Creditcards (Visa, Mastercard...), Paypal, giropay, Klarna., manual payment


Q: What are your terms of payment?

A: Our terms of payment are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Pre-payment may be required before shipping to certain locations.


Q: Is there any bulk discount?

A: If you are ordering any more than 10 books there will be a 10% discount. Any more than 20 books there will be a 20% discount.

Q: How much is the delivery fee? What service do you use? Where are you located?

A: I am located in Frankfurt, Germany.

I ship FREE within Germany.

Outside of Germany, the shipping fee is 4,00€ internationally per order.

All orders are shipped via DHL.


Q: Why must I make payment immediately at checkout?

A: My products are on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired products, it is recommended that you make your payment immediately.




Q: Is the shipment insured? Can I track my shipment?

A: I don´t use insured shipment or tracking services, but if desired please contact me BEFORE ordering and we can work something out.


Q: Do you ship internationally? What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

A: I do ship globally. Please


Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: Costumers who ship their orders within Germany should expect to receive their orders within 5 to 10 working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

If you are ordering within Europe shipment takes up 10 to 14 days.

If you are ordering from overseas (anywhere outside of Europe) shipment takes up 14 days to 30 days.
